Effective from the date of purchasing the plan:

1.⁠ ⁠Services
The services provided by Body Space Health Coach or Body Space Coach include health and wellness coaching sessions delivered in person, via phone, or virtually. These services are educational and motivational in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

2.⁠ ⁠Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Attend scheduled sessions on time.
Be honest and open during sessions.
Take full responsibility for their own health and progress.
Inform the coach of any health conditions, medications, or changes in physical or mental well-being.
 

3.⁠ ⁠Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Package sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase.
 

4.⁠ ⁠Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Unused sessions in a package are non-transferable and expire after 3months.

5.⁠ ⁠Confidentiality
All personal information shared during sessions will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your written consent, unless required by law.

6.⁠ ⁠Medical Disclaimer
The Body Space Coach is not a licensed medical provider, psychologist, or therapist. Body Space Coaching services are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. Always consult a qualified health professional for medical concerns.
 

7.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Coach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from the coaching services provided.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
1.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Notice
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited and not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

2.⁠ ⁠No-Shows
If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show and will be forfeited.

3.⁠ ⁠Emergency Exceptions
Exceptions may be made in cases of emergencies, at the Coach's discretion.

4.⁠ ⁠Coach Cancellations
If the Coach needs to cancel a session, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund for that session.
