My professional background, before I obtained my naturopathic qualifications, was in music.

I studied Viola at the Royal Academy of Music, and I was lucky enough to enjoy a successful music career, as a viola player in the electric string quartet, Escala.
My interest in naturopathic medicine began early on, but it wasn’t until I encountered my own health struggles that I truly came to appreciate the power of nutrition and stress management in helping me navigate those difficult times.
I am passionate about helping others through their challenges using the naturopathic approach.
I am a busy mother of two gorgeous girls, currently aged 8 and 10.
I look forward to working with you!
MY APPROACH
I am a registered naturopathic health coach, a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners, and a graduate of The College of Naturopathic Medicine.

A naturopathic approach to healthcare uses food and natural therapies to support the body's inherent healing abilities.

It focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of illness, rather than just treating symptoms, and takes a holistic view of the individual, considering physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
I specialise in weight and stress management helping you reset your body and mind with simple lasting strategies in nutrition exercise and lifestyle through tailored coaching plans that cover:

•Weight & Stress Management
•Nutrition & Lifestyle Guidance
•Wellness Practices & Environmental Balance

My approach is completely holistic so all of my focus areas will be addressed at some point along my clients journey, as I believe they are all interconnected and will contribute to optimising their health and wellbeing.
By focusing on these areas and applying my knowledge, I aim to assist clients of all kinds realise practical and achievable outcomes.
